Comments tab
The Comments tab displays comments that have been applied to specific incidents.
Filters
An easy-to-use filtering mechanism is provided that allows you to focus on the information that you are interested in. Click the icon to expand the Filters widget.
The use of filters is optional.
You can filter the comments by selecting an item to Filter by from the pull-down menu. Select from Author, Incident ID, or Tags.
You can combine multiple filters to narrow the focus. You can also deploy multiple instances of some filters.
Delete an individual filter by clicking the icon. This also collapses the Filters widget.

to apply the selected filters.The quick search field above the list provides fast, as-you-type search. It filters the rows in the list, displaying only those rows that have text, in any field, that matches the query string.
Each row is a summary of an incident comment. Click the icon (or anywhere on an entry row) to expand the comment.
The list is sorted by time modified and includes the following fields:
- Time modified

A timestamp showing the last modified date of the comment.
- Incident ID

A link to the incident. Click the link or the icon.
Click the icon to sort the list by incident ID.
- Title

The title provided for the comment.
Click the icon to sort the list by title.
- Author
-
The username or email address of the analyst that created the comment.
Click the icon to sort the list by author.
- Tags
-
Tags provided for the comment.
Click the icon to sort the list by tags.
- Comment

The comment provided. The comment text will be truncated to fit in the column. Click the icon (or anywhere on an entry row) to expand the comment.
