Analyst pages
The Analyst pages are the User Portal interface to the analysis capabilities of the system.
By default, the File submission page is displayed when you select Analyst from the Main navigation menu.
Use the left sidebar menu to select the analyst pages:
Click the icon to collapse the left sidebar menu to just display the icons. Click the icon to expand the menu.
Through these pages, you can submit files or URLs to analyze. Files and URLs are scheduled for analysis in the VMware backend. The backend produces a detailed analysis report, describing the activity of the subject as well as providing a classification (represented as score between 0 and 100) indicating its level of maliciousness.
To access the analysis report, click on the icon in the Submission history page list.
In addition, these pages give you access to the history of past submissions and provide a list of comments that have been appended to analysis reports.
