Data sources page

The VMware NSX Network Detection and Response appliances can interact with various third party systems, ingesting data and providing additional network visibility. Configure the connection to these systems on the tabs of the Data sources page:

• Active Directory tab — Connect the Sensor to Windows Domain Controllers.

• AWS credentials tab — Configure credentials for Amazon AWS. These are used for VPC flow log collectors or the acquisition of AWS Cloud Asset data.

• DHCP collection tab — Configure collectors that can receive and process DHCP records produced by an external generator.

• Flow collection tab — Configure collectors that can receive flow records from third-party devices.

• VPC flow logs tab — Configure collectors for Amazon VPC flow logs.
