Submission history page
The Submission history page allows you to review the history of file and URL submissions.
Filters
An easy-to-use filtering mechanism is provided that allows you to focus on the information that you are interested in. Click the icon to expand the Filters widget.
The use of filters is optional.
Click Filter by and select an item from the pull-down menu. Select from Analyst UUID, Filename, MD5 hash, SHA1 hash, Submission type, or URL.
You can combine multiple filters to narrow the focus. You can also deploy multiple instances of some filters.
Delete an individual filter by clicking the icon. This also collapses the Filters widget.

Restrict displayed history to the analysis UUID for the submission. This is a unique identifier for the analysis.
- Filename

Restrict displayed history to the named file.
- MD5 hash

Restrict displayed history to the MD5 hash of the submission.
- SHA1 hash

Restrict displayed history to the SHA1 hash of the submission.
- Submission type

Restrict displayed history to the selected submission type. Select File or URL.
- URL

Restrict displayed history to the provided URL.
Analysis history list
The Analysis history list displays the submissions that have been processed by the VMware backend.
The quick search field above the list provides fast, as-you-type search. It filters the rows in the list, displaying only those rows that have text, in any field, that matches the query string.
The columns to be displayed in the list can be customized by clicking the icon.
Customize the number of rows to be displayed. The default is 50 entries. Use the and icons to navigate through multiple pages.
The list is sorted by timestamp and includes the following fields:
- Timestamp

The timestamp of the analysis submission.
- Submitter
-
The user account that submitted the file or URL for analysis.
Click the icon in the list header to sort the accounts by submitter.
- Analysis subject
-
The filename, MD5 hash, or URL of the submission.
Click the icon in the list header to sort the accounts by analysis subject.
- Score
-
The score assigned to the submission by the analysis indicates the critical level of the detected threat and ranges from 0 to 100:

Threats that are 70 or above are considered to be critical.

Threats that are between 30 and 69 are considered to be medium-risk.

Threats that are between 1 and 30 are considered to be benign.

Click the icon in the list header to sort the accounts by score.
