Jobs tab

Display a list of backup jobs on the Jobs tab.

Use the Filters widget to select the date range you are interested in. Click the From or To buttons to open a calendar widget. You can also enter a date directly in the From or To textboxes using the format YYYY-MM-DD.

Click the Apply reload button to search for relevant backup jobs.

You can click minus icon to collapse the Filters widget. Click plus icon to expand it.

Backups jobs list

The Backups jobs list displays the backup jobs that were found in the range you provided.

The quick search field above the list provides fast, as-you-type search. It filters the rows in the list, displaying only those rows that have text, in any field, that matches the query string.

Click the reload icon to refresh the list.

Customize the number of rows to be displayed. Use the left arrow (back) and right arrow (forward) icons to navigate through multiple pages.

The columns to be displayed in the list can be customized by clicking the additional content icon.

The list is sorted by start time, by default in decreasing order (latest backup at the top), and includes the following fields:

Start time

The date and time the backup was started.

Duration

The length of time the backup took.

Click the sort icon in the list header to sort the list by duration.

Size

The size of the backup.

Click the sort icon in the list header to sort the list by size.

Job type

The type of job (for example, Backup or Restore).

Click the sort icon in the list header to sort the list by job type.

Backup name

The name of the backup configuration.

Click the sort icon in the list header to sort the list by backup name.

Backup type

The type of backup (for example, Full or Incremental).

Click the sort icon in the list header to sort the list by backup type.

Job status

The status of the job (for example, Waiting, Running, Success, or Failed). You can refresh the list.

Click the sort icon in the list header to sort the list by job status.
